SHOTZ4EVA – PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS
by booking with Shotz4eva, you agree to the terms below.
1. BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
Please contact Shotz4eva by email, DM, or through the website to check availability.
If your chosen date is unavailable, another photographer may be recommended if possible.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is non-refundable and confirms your date and time.
2. ON THE DAY OF YOUR SHOOT
Please stay in contact with Shotz4eva on the day of your booking.
Any changes must be shared at least 3 hours before your start time.
If the shoot starts late because of the client, a £50 late fee may apply.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the shoot may be cancelled and the deposit lost.
For events that start late, extra fees may apply depending on the delay.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before shooting begins.
3. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
You can reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice and can reschedule up to 3 months
, any later deposit would be lost.
If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost.
If Shotz4eva cannot attend due to unexpected circumstances (such as illness or emergency), you will be offered:
A replacement photographer (if available), or
A full refund, or
A free future shoot if images are lost due to technical issues.
4. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
In the rare case that no usable images are produced, Shotz4eva’s responsibility is limited to a full refund.
Shotz4eva is not responsible for indirect losses (such as missed opportunities or emotional distress).
Nothing in this contract removes rights that UK law says cannot be removed.
5. PHOTOS & USAGE RIGHTS
Shotz4eva owns the copyright to all images.
You are allowed to use your photos for personal use only (sharing online, printing for yourself, etc.).
You may not edit, sell, or use the photos for business or commercial purposes without written permission.
Shotz4eva may use images for portfolio, website, and social media unless you ask in writing before the shoot not to.
6. SAFETY
Clients are responsible for making sure the shoot location is safe.
Shotz4eva is not responsible for accidents or injuries unless caused by their own negligence.
If the photographer feels unsafe due to harassment, threats, or dangerous conditions, the session will end without refund.
7. UNEXPECTED EVENTS (FORCE MAJEURE)
If events outside anyone’s control occur (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies), the shoot may be rescheduled.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, a fair refund may be offered.
8. PHOTO DELIVERY
Your final edited images will be delivered within 2–3 days, unless agreed otherwise.
Photos will be delivered via online gallery, USB, or another agreed method.
Editing includes basic colour correction and retouching only. Extra edits may cost more.
Shotz4eva keeps your images for at least 14 days after delivery. After that, files may be deleted.
